The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide a natural person (data subject) with information about the purpose, scope, security, and protection of personal data processing, as well as other information related to the processing of personal data.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The Privacy Policy of SIA “RUNDMAN” applies to the processing of personal data regardless of the form in which a natural person provides their personal data (or a third party provides the data in accordance with law/authorization/consent): in paper form, in electronic form, on the SIA “RUNDMAN” website, in an online store, etc.

Purpose of personal data processing: Concluding purchase/service contracts, fulfilling product deliveries, administration of payments, fulfillment of warranty obligations.

The processing of personal data is carried out to fulfil the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy, including to realise the legitimate interests of SIA “RUNDMAN” (to conduct commercial activities), to comply with the requirements of regulatory enactments regarding the receipt, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data, as well as to comply with the requirements of regulatory enactments governing consumer rights.

The retention period for personal data depends on the period prescribed by regulatory enactments, the period specified in a concluded contract, or the period regulated by SIA “RUNDMAN”. Personal data is not stored longer than necessary to fulfil the requirements of regulatory enactments, in accordance with the legitimate interests of SIA “RUNDMAN”. When circumstances arise under which the processing/storage of personal data is no longer necessary, the personal data is deleted.

Personal data processing is carried out using specialised and secure software to ensure safe processing and storage of personal data, including antivirus programs (firewalls) and other technological solutions. Personal data is protected by access control systems and specialised software.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries (countries that are not EU and/or EEA member states).

Personal data may be transferred to cooperation partners of SIA “RUNDMAN” (including outsourcing companies), service providers (operators), and authorised legal or natural persons (lawyers, attorneys). The transfer of personal data is carried out securely using secure software and technologies. Personal data is transferred only to the extent necessary to fulfil the legal and legitimate interests of SIA “RUNDMAN”. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv; therefore, our company transfers the personal data required for payment execution to the platform owner, Maksekeskus AS.

The protection of personal data is implemented in accordance with the applicable regulatory enactments (regulations, laws, rules) in the field of personal data processing.

A natural person may access their personal data on the basis of a written request, in compliance with the requirements of regulatory enactments governing personal data and the handling of requests, by sending the request by post to SIA “RUNDMAN”, Berzaunas 11a, Riga, LV-2015, Latvia, or by submitting a written request in the “Support” section.

When submitting a request, the natural person is obliged to identify themselves to the extent necessary for SIA “RUNDMAN” to verify that the person submitting the written request is the person whose data is being requested. In this case, SIA “RUNDMAN” will provide the applicant with the available personal data and other information required by law.

A natural person has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data. The withdrawal must be submitted in the same manner in which consent to the processing of personal data was given.

In any case, a natural person may send their written withdrawal of consent to the cessation of personal data processing to the legal address of SIA “RUNDMAN”: Berzaunas iela 11a, Riga, LV-2015, Latvia.

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data that was carried out prior to receipt of the withdrawal. Furthermore, the withdrawal of consent does not affect or interrupt the processing of personal data that is carried out in accordance with and/or on the basis of legal grounds (regulation, law, rules).
