VINNOCHECK.COM always strives to provide the most comprehensive and accurate information available for any vehicle. However, we understand that in some cases a report may not meet your expectations. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for a purchased report.
Reports with No Results: Automatic Refund
If your generated report contains no historical records (typically in sections such as "Odometer" or "Damage History"), it will be considered a "report without records."
In such cases, a refund will be automatically processed to the card or bank account used for the original payment after the issue has been reported through the "Contact Us" section. The refunded amount will usually appear in your card or bank account within 2 business days.
Requests submitted through the "Contact Us" section must be made within 30 days from the date the report was generated. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
How to Submit a Report Refund Request
Submit your request through the "Contact Us" section.
Please include:
- The checked VIN number
- Purchase date
- A brief description of the issue
